We aim to provide a very relaxed calm atmosphere that creates the ultimate beauty experience. We only allow one additional guest to accompany you to your appointment. We do however understand that things happen and you may need to bring others. If that is the case please call us and we can let you know if additional guest can be accommodated.

Retainer Fee and Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
We require a 50% non-refundable retainer for all of our services. If you need to reschedule your appointment you must do so within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you to keep your retainer and move it to another date of your choice. If you reschedule appointment less than 48 hours you will forfeit your retainer.
Late Fee
A $20.00 fee is applied per every 15 mins that you’ve not arrived. However If you are later than 15 minutes you need to call us to see if we can accommodate you. If we cannot you will forfeit your retainer fee.
911 EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS
Emergency appointments are appointments that need a booking 48 HOURS or less. You will need to call us to ensure we can have an artist available to accommodate you. We do understand that the need for such appointments do arise. In order for us give you our stellar service these appointments are accessed the following fees:
48 hours or less $50.00
Same day appointment $75.00
